From your Pastor…

                I am excited to announce that our special Romantic Dinner is coming up soon on February 15^th at the Festhalle. This is a dinner which builds community and helps to financially support the completion of our new church. Doors will open at 4:45 pm for those who would like to start the evening with a drink while we listen to the mariachi band. It will be a night filled with love and joy as we also celebrate Saint Valentine’s Day. It doesn’t matter if you are coming by yourself or with a loved one, I promise you, you will have a great evening.

                We will start with a cocktail hour, so that we can mingle, walk around, and enjoy a relaxing opportunity to visit with other guests. This will be a chance to connect with others and to revive old parish memories with friends and future friends.    

                Dinner will be served around 6:30 pm, at which time we will have a delicious meal to share together. During our meal we will enjoy live music which will continue throughout the evening. The cost of the dinner and entertainment is $60 per person.

                The most exciting moment of the evening will be around 7:30 pm with the crowning of Miss OLA 2025. This will be a special moment when we will stop the music and turn our attention to the runway to watch the ladies and Mr. OLA 2024. The winner is the one who brings in the most funds from the many activities they engaged in for the support of our new church. At 9:00 pm, the night will become even more festive with a band and dancing which will finish with a raffle at 11:00 p.m.

This is a great fundraising event but also an opportunity to strengthen bonds among us and enjoy a really good time. Please join us!  I look forward to seeing you.

Me complace anunciar que nuestra especial cena romántica se llevará a cabo este 15 de febrero en el Festhalle. Esta es una cena que construye comunidad y ayuda a apoyar económicamente la finalización de nuestra nueva Iglesia. Las puertas se abrirán a las 4:45 pm para aquellos que quieran comenzar la velada con una bebida mientras escuchamos el mariachi. Será una noche llena de amor y alegría, ya que también celebramos el día de San Valentín. No importa si viene solo o con un ser querido, le prometo, pasarás una velada estupenda.

Comenzaremos con una hora de cóctel para socializar, caminar y disfrutar de una relajante oportunidad de conversar con otros invitados. Esta será una oportunidad para conectarse con otras personas y revivir viejos recuerdos de la parroquia con amigos y futuros amigos.

La cena se servirá alrededor de las 6:30 pm., momento en el que tendremos una deliciosa comida para compartir juntos. Durante nuestra comida disfrutaremos de música en vivo que continuará durante toda la noche. El costo de la cena y entretenimiento es de $ 60 por persona.

El momento más emocionante de la noche será alrededor de las 7:30 pm con la coronación de Miss OLA 2025. Este será un momento especial en el que detendremos la música y dirigiremos nuestra atención a la pasarela para ver a las señoritas y a Mr. OLA 2024. La ganadora será la que haya recaudado más fondos de las muchas actividades que realizaron para el apoyo de nuestra nueva Iglesia. A las 9:00 pm, la noche se volverá aún más festiva con una banda y baile que finalizará con una rifa a las 11:00 pm.

Este es un gran evento para recaudar fondos, pero también una oportunidad para fortalecer los lazos entre nosotros y disfrutar de un muy buen momento. ¡Únase a nosotros! Espero verlos.
