May 21 and 22The Confirmation Mass is coming up very soon
Rehearsal for this will be held this Wednesday, May 25th at 5:00 pm
The student and the godparent are to attend
On the following day, May 26th, the bilingual Baccalaureate Mass will be held at 6:00 pm - though you are asked to arrive 20 minutes prior to this start time
Please call the church office to put your name on the list of participants - and send a picture so it can be included in a video that will be created
Wear your cap and gown to Mass and have a two sentence statement prepared to share about your post secondary plans
We are already planning for enrollment for 1st Communion and Confirmation for the 2022-2023 school year
Registration will run throughout the months of June and July and take place after the Masses
The cost will be $45
Please note that a student who has completed the first-year preparation must still formally register for the second year cycle of classes
It’s always good news to add a new priest to the flock
A Mass will be held for this very reason at St. Joseph’s on this upcoming Friday, May 27th at 6:00 pm to ordain Christian Melendez-Cruz
All are invited to attend this celebration
And speaking of ordinations, let us recognize our very own Father Miguel
This week marks his 16th year as a priest
We thank God for you, Father, and pray that He will continue to lead and inspire you
We recognize that we are very fortunate to have you as our pastor and we appreciate how much you teach us and grow our faith

21 y 22 de mayoLa Misa de Confirmación se acerca ya. El ensayo se llevará a cabo este miércoles 25 de mayo a las 5:00 pm. El estudiante y el padrino o madrina deberán asistir
Al día siguiente, 26 de mayo, se llevará a cabo la Misa bilingüe para los graduados a las 6:00 p.m. Se le pide que llegue 20 minutos antes de la Misa
Llame a la oficina de la Iglesia para poner su nombre en la lista de participantes, y envíe una foto para que se pueda incluir en un video.
Traiga su toga y birrete para Misa y prepárese para compartir sobre sus planes en el futuro
Ya estamos planeando la inscripción para la Primera Comunión y la Confirmación para el año escolar 2022-2023
La inscripción se realizará durante los meses de junio y julio y tendrá lugar después de las Misas
El costo será de $45

Por este mismo motivo se llevará a cabo la Misa de Ordenación sacerdotal de Cristian Melendez en la Iglesia de san Jose el próximo viernes 27 de mayo a las 6:00 pm
Todos están invitados a asistir a esta celebración
Y hablando de ordenaciones, reconozcamos a nuestro propio sacerdote, el padre Miguel
Esta semana es su 16º aniversario de sacerdote
