Congratulations to Father Miguel on his 42nd birthday! Happy birthday to a special priest with gratitude for a faithful, giving spirit.

I appreciate his leadership and hard work. His endless energy for many projects within our parish has drawn us together as a religious community. The building of our new church, the festival, the romantic dinner, the missions, the religious education, and decorating our churches to enhance our worship, are just a few ways Father Miguel is always working to improve and enhance our parish.

Father Miguel has always challenged us to grow in our religious faith. His attention to detail in our services has allowed us to conform to the religious norms. His sermons connect the readings in Mass to our lives in a way we can easily understand. In his missions, he has taught us how we might face the problems in our lives. We should not merely endure our suffering but rather, embrace it. Through our suffering, pain and problems we “take up our cross daily,” and become closer to God. Thank you so much for your service and may your coming year be wonderful.
