Announcements for December 7^th and 8th 
 
On Monday, December 9^th we hold Mass in honor of the Immaculate Conception
9:00 am in English and 6:00 pm in Spanish
This is not a holy day of obligation, but we would love for you to attend
 ******
The following week there will be opportunities for you to attend a Penance service to prepare for Christmas from Monday, December 16^th through Thursday, December 18^th
The services will be held at Holy Apostles, OLA and St. Joseph’s

We have only 24 more days to maximize our two-for-one Matching Fund
We had an amazing event that took place last Tuesday that boosted this fund and our spirits
A huge thank you to Ben Herreid and his business partner, Spenser Meline, who co-own the Prusik Kitchen and Bar restaurant in Leavenworth
This gracious and giving duo not only donated the proceeds from that evenings receipts ($6,383.89) but also added an additional amount to boost the check to donate an even donation of $10,000
We are humbled and grateful!
 
Comingled with other donations from last week, we increased our fund by $24,175!
The total collected is now $373,995 - this leaves $126,000 remaining to reach our goal
You can still contribute by using one of the donation envelopes in the pew before you or by dropping off a donation at the church office

There are opportunities for you to give and to receive in December:

1. Help yourself to two free books to guide your spiritual journey throughout Advent – they are available on the table at the back of the church
2. Also, we have your new box of collection envelopes available to pick up in the narthex
3. If you’re planning on contributing to the Toy Drive, please drop off your items by December 15^th - the items are for children and minors 0-18
4. And our Miss OLA candidates continue to create new fundraising opportunities 
   1. Daisy has a silent auction all set up for you to take a look right now in the basement
   2. She would very much appreciate your support
